Thank you for ordering! Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service to you. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about return policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange trustworthy and as simply as possible.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES
All orders are processed first come first serve. All orders placed before 2pm PST Ship the same day. Any order's received after 2pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Return & Exchange Warranty Policy
If an item arrives damaged or missing components, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance, it must be claimed within 5 business days of package delivery date.
Return your purchase for up to 30 days from date of purchase for a refund, including original shipping cost minus 20% restocking fee. It must be in brand new, resalable conditions. No restocking fees for exchange.
Items that have been installed, used or altered are non-returnable.
Shipping fee are non-refundable. If there is free shipping, the value of the shipping will be deducted from the total amount credit to the customer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Please Call/Email customer service to request RMA number first. All Returns must be made via out return procedure by filling out an RMA form.
Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment.
To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then fill out RMA form, will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Upon receipt please allow up to 10 working days after the item has been received for processing your claim.
Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or packaged incorrectly, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. It must be claimed within 5 business days of package delivery date. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. If free shipping is offered the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount also. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
